10 Things you should be asking yourself when visiting a venue.

Visiting your shortlisted venues is one of the most exciting parts of planning your wedding. With that excitement also comes the pressures of making sure your venue is the perfect fit for you. We understand that and we want our couple’s to be every bit as in awe of our venue as we are.

Here’s some of the top questions to ask yourself during your visit:

• Where do you envision your ceremony?

• If you envision a legal ceremony, is the space you want to use licensed? If not, how important is it to you?

• Where do you envision the dinner? What view would you like for yourselves and your guests?

• Does the cocktail/drinks reception happen along the way to dinner or another space completely?

• Is there exterior lighting where you need it or will you need more?

• Would you like to have accommodation on-site?

• Do you need access for guest transport such as shuttles or coaches?

• Do you need guest parking? If so, how much?

• Can you see this as the place you will remember for the rest of your life?

• Do you feel joy and excitement when envisioning each part of the day?
